PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made heat exchanger, and its manufacturing method wherein preparation work can be easily carried out, junction reliability is high, and concern of a defective such as crushing of a tube is low. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger having a plurality of flat porous tubes, and a tie plate holding and connecting the flat porous tubes in fixed positions is integrally formed at the same time by injection of a resin material. When doing so, a core 20 is formed by fixing both ends of a plurality of core bars 22 forming each refrigerant communication hole of the flat porous tubes by a core bar fixture 23, the core is set in a split mold 50 having a cavity 30 integrally forming the flat porous tubes and the tie plate, and after closing the mold, molten resin is injected into the cavity. After molding, the resin heat exchanger is completed by removing the core bar fixture 23 from a molded article, and then drawing out all the core bars 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
