PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film or formed film for a foodstuff, without having an effect to a human body and having a high safety, and also having an antibacterial property and a biodegradable property. SOLUTION: This film or formed film for the foodstuff is obtained by coating a cyclodextrin inclusion material of isocyanic acid esters and/or terpene compounds on a biodegradable film.
