摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a molding pellet which is a material consisting of a polymer solution of siloxane and silanol salt and which can mold an inorganic foamed molding having a uniform expansion ratio and a tough foam structure. SOLUTION: The polymer solution of siloxane and silanol salt consisting of siloxane and silanol salt, having a solid content of 20-35 wt%, a water content of 65-80 wt% and a molecular weight of 4,000-8,000, is turned into a thickened substance by heating or centrifugation to the remaining water content of 20-45 wt% to allow plastic work and foaming by heating. Then the resultant solution is formed by an extruder into many strands of the thickened substance having a predetermined diameter, and then the strands are cut to a predetermined length.
