PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet for a mat hard coat which is used in carrying out decoration having a mat feeling and being excellent in surface strength and peeled surely between a substrate sheet and a hard coat layer when the substrate sheet is peeled after transfer. SOLUTION: In the transfer sheet 1, a transfer layer 16a including at least an uncured or semi-cured ionizing radiation curable hard coat layer 13a is formed on one side of the substrate sheet 11, and a mat mold 12 containing fine resin particles 5-25μm in average particle size is formed on the other side of the substrate sheet.
