PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time-required prediction system, a server, a time-required prediction method and a program for unitarily managing information collected with the server or the like. SOLUTION: At each of places including an electric train, a bus, a station, and a bus stop, a radio IC tag is installed. Personal digital assistances 20 of users of the electric train and the bus automatically read information in the radio IC tags and transmit the information to the server 10. The server 10 stores data in a database 11, and on receiving an inquiry about time required from a user, the server 10 acquires data from the database 11 on the basis of the contents of the inquiry, calculates time required and returns the time required prediction result by e-mail.
