PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage the history of data collectively constituted of a plurality of files. SOLUTION: A history file management folder 8 is constituted of hierarchical structure of lower folders each of which is configured so that a folder name is expressed by a number on the lower part. When history file management folder names in which files are written are provided for all files existing in an operation folder 2 to be operated in another program, a judgment means 3 judges whether the history file management folder name already exists or not. When the folder name exists, a folder generation means 5 finds out a lower folder whose folder name is the largest number out of lower folders belonging to the folder and generates a lower folder having the succeeding number as a folder name in the history file management folder 8.
