PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of reducing standby electricity regardless of a door opening/closing state. SOLUTION: This heating device comprises a heating chamber 1, a door 4, a heating source for heating a heated object, a key input portion 5 for setting contents of operation, a control circuit 16, a power source circuit 17 of the control circuit 16, and a door switch 14 mounted between a commercial power source and a power source circuit 17 and switched OFF from OFF through ON by opening/closing motion of the door. A power opening/closing means 18 is connected with the door switch 14 in parallel for connecting the commercial power source with the power source circuit 17 by switched ON, and the control circuit 16 switches off the power supply to the power source circuit 17 regardless of the opening/closing state of the door 4 by switching OFF the power opening/closing means 18, when an operating state is not transited for a prescribed time after switching ON the power opening/closing means 18, when the control circuit 16 is operated by switching ON the door switch 14 by opening/closing motion of the door 4 and supplying the power from the commercial power source to the power source circuit 17.
