PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supplying an air bubble capable of supplying a predetermined amount of air bubbles produced by an air bubble production device to a kneader which produces air bubble-mixed treated soil at a time and in large quantities, and a method for supplying the air bubble. SOLUTION: A predetermined amount of air bubbles B is supplied from a supply port 9 to the kneader by force-feeding the air bubble B from the bubble production device into an intake port 8 at the bottom part 7 of an accommodation tank 2, diffusing the air bubble B pressed there into by an air bubble diffuser plate 4 placed on the upper part of the intake part 8 and apart therefrom, while moving a cover part 3 upward by the pressure of the air bubble B, filling the accommodation tank 2 with a predetermined amount of air bubbles B and moving the cover part 3 downward by operating a cylinder rod 14.
