PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine low in height and easy to use. SOLUTION: Gears 10, 12 rotationally driven by a motor 18 are rotatably supported to a case 1 through supporting shafts 6, 8, and eccentric cams 14, 16 are integrally formed at the gears 10, 12. Moving bases 22, 24 are supported to the case 1 slidably in a direction orthogonal to the supporting shafts 6, 8, and the moving bases 22, 24 are engaged with the eccentric cams 14, 16. The moving bases 22, 24 are provided with acupressure elements 50, 70. The acupressure elements 50, 70 are supported at the moving bases 22, 24 slidably in a direction parallel to the supporting shafts 6, 8, and provided with energizing members 56, 72 for energizing the acupressure elements 50, 70 in a projecting direction. The moving bases 22, 24 have vertically moving bases 22a, 22b, 24a, 24b slidably supported with the case 1 held in between, and heating bodies 58, 68 are arranged in the acupressure elements 50, 70.
