<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce signal noise by restraining sticking of a flaw and a stain to a light incident-emitting surface of a sensor unit. <P>SOLUTION: This sensor unit 12 is composed of a prism 14 for forming a metallic film 13 forming a sensor surface 13a, a flow passage member 41 arranged on an upper surface of this prism 14 for forming a flow passage 16 for sending a sample to the sensor surface 13a, and a holding member 42 for holding the prism 14 and the flow passage member 41. The prism 14 is a dielectric block. Its respective side surfaces 14c become an incident surface of the incident light made incident on a reverse surface of the sensor surface 13a and an emitting surface of the reflected light reflected by the reverse surface of the sensor surface 13a. Respective side plates 72 of the holding member 42 are extended downward so as to cover the respective side surfaces 14c, and protect the respective side surfaces 14c from the flaw and the stain. A light transmitting window 51 is formed at a position corresponding to the respective flow passages 16 on the respective side plates 72, and an incident-emitting optical path of the light is secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
