PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of management of users using application service. SOLUTION: A service provision system 10 is provided with a group user management system 30 including a management module 40 in addition to a service providing application 60. The management module 40 is provided with a user management part 42 for managing user information, a group management part 44 for managing groups to which users belong and an access right list processing part 46 for managing a function capable of setting access right to an application. An operator 100 allows respective users to belong to one or more groups and sets access right to an application in each group.
