PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit for securely moving a component feeder to a supply position. SOLUTION: The mobile unit of the component feeder is provided with a lifter 31 which vertically moves a feeder fitting stand to an initial position and a supply position, and a positioning pin 30 positioning the feeder fitting stand guided to the supply position. The unit is provided with an engagement means 37 which is supported by the lifter 31 and engages the feeder fitting stand. The engagement means is provided with an abutting part 37b abutting on the feeder fitting stand and a grip 37a driven based on displacement of the abutting part. When the lifter raises the feeder fitting stand toward the supply position, the abutting part abuts on the feeder fitting stand. The grip is driven and it engages the feeder fitting stand.
