PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of survey reports by promoting the efficiency of both measuring operation and writing operation of reports, also by reducing greatly a room for man-caused mistakes arise at the time of measurement, registering and judging and the like at job sites of repair work of electrical facilities and the like. SOLUTION: The inspection device of electrical facilities includes a personal computer and an inspection device (2) capable of producing check sheets recording the measured data. The inspection device (2) is equipped with an insulation resistance measuring section (22), a voltage/phase order measuring section (23), a communication terminal (26) exchanging information or measured data with the personal computer (1), a memory device (25) memorizing information and measured data of the check sheets downloaded from the personal computer (1), and a displaying section (24) displaying each information.
