PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout sealing cover and an injection method of the grout using this in which the cover is easily fitted, excellent in workability, and is capable of injecting the grout without processing a manufacturing body, and of preventing outflow of the injected grout. SOLUTION: A sheet-like base body 2 is wound around an outer periphery astride an existing pile 11 and a sheath pipe 12 and is formed to be a cylindrical shape. After the base body 2 is fastened to the outer peripheral surface of the sheath pipe 12 by an upper fastening body 7, both opposite ends are connected to each other by a connecting body having a water-tightness. Then the base body 2 is fastened to the outer peripheral surface of the pile 11 by a lower fastening body 8 and is fitted and fixed in a manner of covering a gap at the lower end part of the sheath pipe 12, and a grout G is injected through an injection port 10.
