PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termite damage prevention method for a wooden building capable of completely preventing the termite damage of the wooden building without using an anti-termite agent. SOLUTION: In this termite damage prevention method for the wooden building without using the anti-termite agent, the underfloor space of the wooden building is formed of a concrete foundation, a foundation packing disposed on the foundation, a wooden base disposed on the foundation packing and not coated with the anti-termite agent, and a floor material disposed on the wooden base. The wooden base and the floor material are disposed so as not to cause the leakage of air flow onto a floor, a ventilation air flow through the entire part of the underfloor space is secured by forming slits for ventilation between the foundation and the wooden base, and the size of the slits is set so that the ventilating air flow speed at the slits is 0.2 m/sec or higher.
