PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide construction machinery capable of improving workability of maintenance work by lifting and lowering a load for the maintenance work by utilizing a turning operation of a turning body. SOLUTION: The construction machinery is constituted by fixing one end side of a wire rope 25 to the outer wheel 6B of a turning device 6 through a rope anchor 22, guiding the other end side of the wire rope 25 to the lower end side of a post 5 by a pulley 26 and mounting the load 28 to the other end side of the wire rope 25. The load 28 can be hung up to a lower side working scaffold 19 from the ground by making take-up of the wire rope 25 to the outer circumference side of the outer wheel 6B by utilizing a left turning operation of the upper turning body 7. On the other hand, the load 28 can be suspended to the ground from the lower side working scaffold 19 by taking out the wire rope 25 from the outer circumference side of the outer wheel 6B by utilizing a right turning operation of the upper turning body 7. Accordingly, there is no need to carry the load 28 necessary for the maintenance work by a worker, and workability of the maintenance work can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
