PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap facilitated as to easily housing an adjusting belt 30 into a pocket for belt 13 in housing the folded part of the belt 30 into the pocket 13 provided on one of the separated end 11 parts of the cap body 10, after adjusting the size. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the cap provided with the pocket 13 for housing belt formed on one of the separated end parts 11 of the cap body 10, inserting and housing the adjusting belt 30, wherein the inlet 13a of the pocket 13 has an opening at a position with a predetermined space on the forward direction from the separated end 11 of the cap body.
