PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber reinforced composite material which is constituted by easily and integrally bonding a fiber reinforced plastic, which is constituted of a reinforcing fiber group composed of continuous filaments and a thermosetting matrix resin, and an adherend, develops excellent adhesiveness even after exposed to room temperature and high temperature and high humidity and has excellent peel torque, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the fiber reinforced composite material, an adhesive resin layer, which contains a thermosetting resin and a thermoplastic resin, is provided between an adherend layer and a thermosetting resin layer, and the adhesive resin layer is formed so that the thermoplastic resin gets mixed in the thermosetting resin layer in a form of at least one kind of a continuous phase selected from a linear form and a film-like form. This fiber reinforced composite material is manufactured by arranging an adhesive resin composition sheet, which contains the thermosetting resin and the thermoplastic resin, between the adherend and a prepreg comprising the thermosetting resin containing the reinforcing fiber group to form a laminate and curing the laminate at a temperature not lower than the melting or softening point of the thermoplastic resin to cure the thermosetting matrix resin and the thermosetting resin constituting the adhesive resin composition.
