摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microrectification apparatus which can be used by connecting to or incorporated into a fluid device, and a rectification method of a microsample which can be handled by the microrectification apparatus. SOLUTION: The rectification apparatus for rectifying a component content from a stock solution comprises a rectifying pipe including a gas distribution area, a liquid distribution area and a porous diaphragm partitioning these areas, and a temperature controller for heating the gas distribution area at a temperature higher than a boiling point of the stock solution, wherein steam generated from the stock solution flows through the gas distribution area, in a state in which among the steams, a component having a high boiling point passes through the porous diaphragm, liquified at the liquid distribution area to fill up the liquid distribution area, a liquified liquid flows to a flow direction of the steam in the gas distribution area in counter-current flow, and also a component having a low boiling point passes through the porous diaphragm from the liquid distribution area to be evaporated and is subjected to reflux to the gas distribution area, thus the component is rectified.
