PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole which hardly causes pains and callosities in the sole of a foot when a user keeps a standing posture for work requiring to stand and is especially suitable for footwear with high heels. SOLUTION: The sole of the footwear has a pressure eliminating part 1 in a region corresponding to the second metatarsal head and the third metatarsal head.
