PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having an excellent cell adhesion inhibitory activity and cell infiltration inhibitory activity, and a medicinal composition containing the same as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This medicinal composition contains a cyclic amine compound expressed by general formula (1) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-6C straight chain or branched chain alkoxy; R<SP>2</SP>is H, a 1-6C straight chain or branched chain alkyl which may have a substituent, a 2-6C alkenyl, a 3-6C cycloalkyl, a 6-10C aryl which may have a substituent, a 6-10C aryl-1-6C alkyl, a 1-6C straight chain or branched chain alkoxy or a 3- to 6-membered heterocyclic ring group; and (n) is 1-3 integer], its acid adduct salt or their solvated compound.
