An apparatus includes a winding device and a windable member having a first end and a second end. The first end is operatively connected to the winding device. A rotatable nozzle device is operatively connected to the second end of the windable member. An electronic controller is in electronic communication with the winding device. The electronic controller is adapted to control a predetermined speed of the winding device. The rotatable nozzle device is adapted to provide a cleaning solution to an industrial vessel, such as a hopper or cyclone.
