<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in an MC-CDMA system, a frequency estimation method having reliability and a frequency-domain subspace channel estimation apparatus that can be appropriately integrated into an existing MC-CDMA system. <P>SOLUTION: A frequency-domain subspace channel estimating apparatus 6 includes a signal subspace acquisition device 61 that is used for, based on the statistical characteristics of transmission signals of a received carrier group, obtaining a signal subspace matrix of the transmission signals; a code vector memory device 62 for memorizing a spreading code vector, corresponding to a code channel assigned for a detected user; a plurality of code subspace acquisition devices 63 for converting the spread code vector into a corresponding code subspace matrix, a least-squares processing device 64 for converting the code subspace matrix and the signal subspace matrix into a vector that is compatible with both; and an averaging device 65 for averaging the vector of an integrated module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
