<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register appraisal information based on a service position to a customer in service appraisal of employees in a store. <P>SOLUTION: The employee appraisal program for managing appraisal information of employees in the store makes a computer function as an employee position acquisition means acquiring current positions of employees, a customer service position storage means storing, when it is determined that an employee served a customer, customer identification information of the service object, employee identification information, and current position information of the employee based on the employee position acquisition means, and a service information update means updating and registering, upon receipt of appraisal information for employee including employee identification information from a customer, this appraisal information to customer service information in the customer service position storage means based on the customer identification information and the employee identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
