<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system which allows a customer not to bring back a heavy cosmetic article and allows the customer to easily purchase an article of a cosmetics manufacturer, which a beauty parlor recommends, without substituting other articles for an article in the case of the absence of this article in the middle of a visit cycle to the beauty parlor and to perform construction of a manufacturing and retail system which plans products and provides new products to customers while taking a risk, as an important subject. <P>SOLUTION: The system trusts sale to beauty parlors or salons contacting customers and stocks money transferred by customers, in a designated account and canceling sales to the designated account in response to periodical remittance to beauty salons and newly records sales in agents, and the system is a business model using the Internet for all except transportation of articles and payment from customers.
