<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables customers to make consultations, business negotiations, reservations, etc. on site while utilizing normally acting places and time to easily obtain various information considering market characteristics and gives privileges of use. <P>SOLUTION: The customer display part 1 of a system device by which anybody can timely utilize information inputted through an information input part 2 by specialized company having thorough knowledge of market characteristics, by Internet communication is installed in normally acting places, such as a shopping center, a convenience store, a gas station, and a station, so that consumers utilizing the system cannot only acquire necessary information but also make consultations, business negotiations, reservations, orders, etc. in the normally acting places and can reduce unnecessary time. A sense of security and convenience are given to users by this system which enables anyone, even a user having no knowledge of computers, to easily make business negotiations through camera images between the place of installation and a shop or the office of the specialized company.
