<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow retail stores that sell cosmetics to precisely determine situations of their customers who are users of the cosmetics. <P>SOLUTION: This information management system comprises a center system 11, a plurality of store systems 1 connected to the center system, and a plurality of member terminals 10. The store system 1 has the function of collecting member information such as personal attributes associated with member IDs, sales information about commodities for sale that are associated with both the member IDs and store IDs or with only the store IDs, selling prices, and a time of sales, and skin diagnosis information composed of skin data associated with the member IDs and time of skin diagnosis, and the function of sending the collected information to the center system 11.
