<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform advertisement distribution, which facilitates grasping that a member has opened electronic mail (e-mail) and also provides a high opening rate of e-mail, and further, which facilitates grouping of members. <P>SOLUTION: A system includes a Web server 4 for distributing e-mail to the e-mail addresses of the members, and mobile phone terminals 5a to 5 j of the members that can receive the e-mail and also browse Web pages on the basis of location information of the Web pages included in the e-mail through the Internet 1. The Web server 4 controls the electronic mail addresses of the members every group A to D to which the members belong, and provides the Web pages for use in reply where the reply information to the contact information can be input when the contact information of a group A is input on the Internet 1.
