<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely manage, surely collect, and reuse pallets while it is unnecessary for a consignee or the like to prepare any particular facility, in physical distribution utilizing the pallets. <P>SOLUTION: A pallet management support system comprises a terminal and a server device. The terminal acquires identification information and location information of the pallets from an information reading means, and associates the identification information with the location information to output them. The server device comprises; a pallet management database capable of being connected to the terminal through a network, wherein a plurality of pallet locations, and the information about the pallets existing in the respective pallet locations are registered so as to be associated with each other; a pallet management data registration processing part for registering the information acquired from the terminal in the pallet management database; and a pallet lending information producing part wherein the number of the pallets existing in the respective pallet locations after a lapse of a predetermined period of time is registered in the pallet management database every predetermined period of time so as to be associated with the pallet location information, together with information about the time after the lapse of the predetermined period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
