METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING DATA WITH NO JITTER IN SYNCHRONIZING ETHERNET (R) SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transmitting data without bandwidth loss nor jitter in a synchronizing Ethernet (hereinafter defined as a registered mark).

SOLUTION: The method for transmitting the data with the synchronizing Ethernet system which transmits a synchronous frame section and an asynchronous frame section in a given length of one cycle has a step to give priorities for a plurality of motion picture data in the given synchronous frame in the synchronous frame section, a step to determine if data size of the synchronous frame section and the asynchronous frame section is greater than a data length corresponding to one cycle or not, a step to delete the motion picture data with low priority in the given synchronous frame equivalent to data length exceeding the data length corresponding to the one cycle, and a step to transmit the synchronous frame section and the asynchronous frame section in one cycle.
