PLASTIC LIGHTWEIGHT GROUTING MATERIAL AND ITS FILLING CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic lightweight grouting material being lightweight, being excellent in durability, gelating instantaneously and being easily subjected to limited injection or underwater placement without being affected by ground water or flowing water, and to provide its filling construction method. SOLUTION: The plastic lightweight grouting material is obtained by a method wherein air bubbles obtained by foaming the liquid of a foaming agent containing a surfactant and a plasticizer are mixed with a curing liquid containing cement and kneading water at a rate of 30-85% relative to the volume of the plastic lightweight grouting material. The plastic lightweight grouting material has a flow value of 80-150 mm and a density of 0.3-1.2 g/cm3. In particular, the concentration of the plasticizer in the foaming agent is 0.001-20 wt.% and the concentration of the surfactant is 0.01-40 wt.%. The curing liquid containing cement and kneading water and the air bubbles obtained by foaming the foaming agent are prepared independently and then they gelate instantaneously by mixing and stirring them at an injection site.
