SOLUTION: The polymer actuator 1 refreshes solution that is reduced in volume at all times and deteriorated by being fed with solutions, such as water and electrolytes, as needed, by containers 4 that can be arranged and replaced separately. In this hand robot 8, the containers 4 for feeding the solutions, such as water and electrolytes, can be separately arranged at hands, wrists, arms, and the body of the robot as needed, and can be replaced.
