SPEAKER DAMPER, ITS PRODUCTION METHOD, SPEAKER USED WITH IT, ELECTRONIC DEVICE, AND APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a crack occurs on the surface resin layer of a speaker damper used for various sound equipments due to burdens of amplitude when large inputs are applied to the amplitude system and it is largely amplified, so that its characteristics are degenerated; and to provide a speaker damper which can endure large amplitudes to realize a highly endurable speaker to large inputs. SOLUTION: A dough that is a base for a dumper base material is impregnated with a heat-setting resin applied with 2 to 20 wt% of a flexible material to be heat set, so that a dumper has flexibility. Consequently, even if large inputs are applied to a speaker and a dumper is largely amplified, partial interfacial exfoliation does not occur on the resin layer provided on the surface of a dumper base material. A crack does not occur on the surface of the dumper and the dumper can endure large amplitudes, so that a highly endurable speaker can be realized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
