PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canister mounting structure preventing direct interference of a canister with a fuel tank and enabling to safely arrange the canister in a space which was conventionally a side part load input deformation zone. SOLUTION: The canister 23 is arranged in the side part load input deformation zone 22, the canister 23 is mounted on vehicle body frames 14, 16 by fixing members 24, 25, and the canister 23 comes off from the fixing members 24, 25 by impact at a time of side part load 32 input to a vehicle 10.
