<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface acoustic wave resonator, securing high reliability without producing disconnection of fine wires due to resonance phenomenon of the fine wires. <P>SOLUTION: In connection of a connection conductor pattern of an element electrode pad and a substrate of an elastic surface acoustic wave element, the connection is made with a plurality of the fine wires.
