<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for allowing to instantaneously compare on-line a reflected light quantity signal sent from a light-sensitive element mounted on a printing machine after being converted to data such as color values or the like used for the quality control of printing with image quality data such as color values or the like prepared in advance as reference and confirm and its device. <P>SOLUTION: This on-line printing adjusting device comprises a first input means, which is the quality inspecting device of a printed matter under printing with a printing machine, consists of a light-emitting element and the light-sensitive element installed in the printing machine so as to decompose the printing image information of the printed matter into three primary colors or the like for reading, a converting means for converting the three primary colors or the like into the color values, an analyzing means for converting the values obtained by the converting means through the comparison with the values calculated and prepared in advance under the consideration of printing conditions into information necessary for the quality control of printing, and a displaying means for displaying the results obtained by the analyzing means in real time during the running of the printing machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
