POINT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, INSTALLATION TERMINAL AND POINT MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point management system that not only collects points depending on purchase price and uses the collected total points as a corresponding discount or coupon at a user visit but also enables versatile management.

SOLUTION: A plurality of installation terminals are installed in a predetermined area. Each installation terminal comprises a reading means for reading unique storage information identifying a user stored on a storage medium, and a transmission means for, when the reading means reads the storage information, transmitting the storage information read and unique identification information identifying the installation terminal itself from the other installation terminals to a management apparatus. The management apparatus comprises a reception means for receiving the storage information and identification information transmitted by the installation terminal, a point calculation means for calculating points by predetermined rules according to the received storage information and identification information, and a storage means for storing the calculated points in association with the storage information.
