<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card use information processing system easy to construct and reduced in operation cost. <P>SOLUTION: In this card use information processing system for transmitting, when a card with cash card function, credit card function or both the functions is used, card use information thereof to a contact address designated by a card user, card use information transmitted from card information transceivers 3A, 3B, to 3N set in member stores 4A, 4B to 4N, and the card use information is transmitted with the designated contact address to an exclusive management system 7 provided in a telephone communication company 6.
