<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an electric power system setting of an apparatus mainly using inexpensive midnight power. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power system setting means 13 is provided for directly setting a power company and an electric power system, an electric power system converting means 14 is provided for converting the information of the set power company and electric power system into a setting code, and a boiling control part 4 is provided for controlling boiling of the water heater by a control pattern corresponding to the setting code.
