PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute particle which seals a marker probe which is used in gene diagnosis, immunity diagnosis, drug development, environmental test etc. , and capable of strictly recognizing a biomaterial without hindering the bonding reaction between the biomaterial and a reactive functional group. SOLUTION: This minute particle comprises a core/shell type micelle structure and the core of the minute particle contains a water-insoluble polymer and a signal generating material, and on the outer surface of the minute particle a hydrophilic functional group having a reactivity with a biomaterial is exposed.
