SPARK IGNITION ENGINE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spark ignition engine capable of maintaining stable operating state by appropriately avoiding continuation of premature ignition in which air fuel mixture is ignited before spark ignition timing in a combustion chamber.

SOLUTION: This engine is provided with a premature ignition state determination means 21 determining the premature ignition state in which air fuel mixture is ignited earlier than spark ignition timing by a spark plug 13 in the combustion chamber 5 and a premature ignition state avoiding means 22 executing fuel supply quantity temporary reduction process temporarily reducing fuel supply quantity to a mixer 10 or target output reduction process reducing target output when the premature ignition state determination means 21 determines premature ignition state.
