PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resistance elements, having a uniform resistance value with the series resistance of the resistance elements having different temperature resistance coefficients, that will not be influenced by the temperature, and to provide a semiconductor element that uses the same. SOLUTION: The resistance elements, has a second resistance element, which is connected in series with a first resistance element and whose resistance increases with the temperature. The second resistance element has a second width and a second length, which are different from each other, satisfying the Equation: x=-(Tp×Rp)/(Ta×Ra), where Tp, Ta are the temperature resistance coefficients of the first resistance element and the second resistance element, respectively, and Rp, Ra are sheet resistances of the first resistance element and the second resistance element, respectively.
