PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit heat of a heat generating body becoming an article being fixed to a heat sink and cooled more uniformly to the substrate and the heat dissipation fin side while diffusing uniformly. SOLUTION: In the substrate of a base fixed with heat dissipation fins 12, a plurality of heat diffusion plates 20 for transporting heat through phase transformation of working fluid are arranged oppositely to the installation position of a plurality of heat generating bodies. Since the heat diffusion plates 20 is formed in the substrate region, heat of the heat generating bodies can be diffused to the entire region of the heat dissipation fins 12 and heat can be dissipated efficiently into the air.
