PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a series of business logics in the form maximally close to a real-time operation form. SOLUTION: There are a framework service 16 processing request messages from clients 11 and 13 and outputting reply messages and a messaging service 15 relaying a message between the client and the framework service. The request message has a priority level, and a control mode of the messaging service 15 includes a priority mode controlling an output sequence of a message from a message queue according to the priority level and a sequence secure mode prohibiting output of other messages accumulated in the message queue until processing of the messages outputted previously from the message queue is finished in the framework service 16.
