PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacturing process and reduce cost by enabling use of a common shroud irrespective of necessity of a fan guard in a radiator of a structure attaching the fan guard on the shroud. SOLUTION: In the radiator 10 arranging a cooling fan 2 and a shroud 15 between an engine 1 and the radiator the fan guard 20 of the cooling fan 2 is attached to the shroud 15. A plurality of bolt fixing parts 21 are provided around the fan guard 20 and an attachment part on which a nut body 40 is detachably attached at a position corresponding to a bolt fixing part 21 of the shroud 15.
