PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change size of a through hole formed in reinforcing plates for a wall panel attached to a rear side of the wall panel. SOLUTION: A pair of half holes 2a, 2b to be one through hole 2 at a joined part of the reinforcing plate bodies 1a, 1b divided into two parts when both the reinforcing plate bodies 1a, 1b are joined are respectively formed in one reinforcing plate body 1a and the other reinforcing plate body 1b. Target lines 3a, 3b passing the half holes 2a, 2b and parallel to a joined surface are formed, and size of the through hole 2 is adjusted by folding and breaking or cutting the reinforcing plate bodies 1a, 1b through the target lines 3a, 3b when the reinforcing plate bodies 1a, 1b are joined.
