PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the diffusion on the outside of a separation column such as a feed pump or the like to improve the separation precision and resolving power of a sample. SOLUTION: This liquid chromatography is constituted so as to again recirculate the sample separated by the separation column to the same separation column and equipped with two flow channels respectively having separation columns and two flow channel switch valves for performing the connection and separation of the flow channels. In recycling separation, the introducing direction of the re-introduction of the sample is switched between two separation columns by switching the flow channel changeover valves.
