PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently feed enough quantity of compressed air even if an engine is in the low-speed rotating state, and to restrain increase in load of the engine. SOLUTION: A second compressor 3 is connected to an air tank 4, and adapted to discharge the compressed air stored in the air tank 4. A control device 5 controls the operation for running and stopping the second compressor 3. A pressure detecting means 6 detects the pressure of the compressed air in the air tank 4. The control device 5 controls the second compressor 3 to start and commence to run according to the detection result of the engine rotating speed and the detection result of pressure in the air tank in the pressure detecting means 6.
