PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding tool simply constituted to be easily handled and a punching die using the extruding tool. SOLUTION: This extruding tool is provided with a first plate member to be a plate material having prescribed thickness and a prescribed height, an elastic body and a second plate member to be a plate material having prescribed thickness and a prescribed height, instead of a conventional extruding tool for extruding a punching piece at a gap of a pair of punching blades for punching a sheet-like material into a prescribed punched shape. The first plate member and the second plate member are overlapped in the height direction across the elastic body to have a belt shape of a fixed height as a whole.
