The present invention discloses a recombinant SARS-CoV vaccine (ADS-MVA) comprising attenuated vaccinia virus (MVA) carriers for preventing and curing SARS. We found that the recombinant ADS-MVA has good immunogenicity, reliability and effectiveness by the determination of immunogenicity, reliability and effectiveness of the vaccine, the determination of antibody, the dynamic detection of viral load in vivo and the ascertainment of index of the change of SARS pathological degree.
